Wahconah Wins Second to Start Season

DALTON, Mass. – Megan O’Bryan recorded 11 kills on Saturday to lead the Wahconah Volleyball team to a three-set win over Agawam.
 
O’Bryan also had a pair of aces in the 25-14, 25-13, 28-26 win.
 
After beating the visitors with relative ease in the first two sets, Wahconah had a fight on its hand in the third. Agawam led, 23-19, before Wahconah was able to storm back to secure the match.
 
Taea Cunagin notched eight kills, and Emma Jacinto had a strong all-around game with four kills, four aces and four blocks.
 
Wahconah (2-0) hosts Ludlow on Tuesday.
