Schuerer Lifts Lee with Double-Double

LEE, Mass. – Juliana Schuerer served 15 aces Tuesday to lead the Lee volleyball team to a three-set win over Renaissance in the quarter-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class D tournament.

 

Schuerer passed out 11 assists to compile a double-double in the 25-19, 25-9, 25-11 win.

 

Shayla Santolin and Alexis Masten each delivered six kills and three aces.

 

Santolin had a couple of blocks. Masten pulled up five digs.

 

Top-seeded Lee Thursday will host Pioneer Valley Christian Academy in the regional semi-finals.
