Dargie's Goal Lifts Pittsfield Past Ludlow

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- The Pittsfield girls soccer team defeated Ludlow Tuesday afternoon, 2-1, at Kirvin Park in Pittsfield.

 

The Generals opened the scoring in the second half off a pass from Ilana Albert to Amanda Wright 25 minutes into the half. Ludlow quickly responded 20 seconds later to the tie the game 1-1.

 

But just a minute later, Hannah Dargie scored the game-winner off an assist from Trinity Cookis.

 

Pittsfield has won 11 straight and will look for No. 12 on Friday against Westfield.
