Ross Scores Pair to Lift Mount Greylock Girls
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Madison Ross scored a pair of goals and set up a third Tuesday to lead the Mount Greylock girls soccer team to a 3-0 win over Pittsfield.
Ross assisted on Ella Dudley's game-winner in the ninth minute.
Late in the first half, Elizabeth Dupras set up Ross for an insurance goal. The speedy forward scored her second goal early in the second half.
Isabella Nicastro made eight saves to earn the shutout in goal.
Lexi Swanson made 14 saves for Pittsfield (1-8-1), which hosts Chicopee Comp on Thursday.
Mount Greylock (5-4-2) hosts Taconic on Friday.
