Hoosac Valley, Pittsfield Girls Play to Stalemate

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Ellie Field set up Skylar Case for the tying goal in the 68th minute Tuesday as the Hoosac Valley girls soccer team tied Pittsfield, 1-1, at Kirvin Park.

 

The Generals took a lead in the 10th minute when Britney Perkett scored with an assist from Lizzie Swanson.

 

Hoosac Valley's Kelsey Bulson and Pittsfield's Hayley Tobin made six and five saves, respectively.

 

Pittsfield (1-3-1) goes to East Longmeadow on Friday.

 

Hoosac Valley (3-1-1) hosts Wahconah on Monday evening at Renfrew Park.
