Pittsfield Girls Soccer Stops Hoosac

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Trinity Cookis and Hannah Dargie scored to lead Pittsfield to a 2-0 win over Hoosac Valley in girls soccer action on Monday.

 

Cookis converted an assist by Carly Robinson to give the Generals a 1-0 lead at half-time. Midway through the second half, Amanda Wright set up Dargie for an insurance goal.

 

Allie Hunt got the win in net for Pittsfield. Megan Richardson was in goal for Hoosac.

 

The Generals outshot the Hurricanes, 23-6.

 

Hoosac (1-1) hosts Wahconah on Thursday.
