Taconic Girls Soccer Posts Convincing Road Win

WINCHENDON, Mass. -- Six different players scored for the Taconic girls soccer team in Saturday’s 7-1 win over Murdock.

 

Taconic scored six times in the first half on markers by Jill Scussel, Brooke Mangiardi, Maria Pannesco, Riana Gittens and Syndie Sherman and a Murdock own goal.

 

After the hosts got one back midway through the second half, Jackie Boateng scored to put the finishing touches on the win.

 

Taconic (4-6) goes to Mount Greylock on Wednesday.
