SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Allanah Chambers scored two goals, and Hailey Moran had three assists Friday to lead the Springfield International Charter School girls soccer team to a 3-0 win over Mount Everett.

“Even the score will never reflect effort,” Mount Everett coach Josh King said. “The girls played really hard today as a group. We were forced into some lineup changes and the girls that stepped in did a great job. We unfortunately missed on some chances but it was a very young group out there today.”

Kamari Pridgen made 10 saves in goal for the Eagles.

Mount Everett (5-7-2) is off until Oct. 21, when it travels to North Adams to face McCann Tech.

“We have a good chunk of time before our next game, so hopefully we can get healthy and finish out the season strong,” King said.
