LaCasse, Lennon Lead McCann Tech in Opener

WESTFIELD, Mass. -- Izzy LaCasse scored four goals Tuesday to lead the McCann Tech girls soccer team to a 4-0 win over Westfield Tech in the season opener for both teams.

 

Payton Vanderwaudel, Addi Hayer and Emma Dupuis each recorded an assist for the Hornets, who benefited from an own goal.

 

Keira Lennon earned the shutout win in goal with nine saves.

 

McCann Tech (1-0) travels to play the Chinese Immersion Charter School on Thursday.
