Valego Leads McCann Tech Girls Past Commerce

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Jazzmyn Valego scored two goals and assisted on another to lead the McCann Tech girls soccer team to a 5-0 win over Springfield Commerce on Monday.

 

Jordan Lloyd scored the eventual game-winner with an assist from Svea Lawson midway through the first half.

 

Vallejo converted assists from Gracelyn Wojieck and Shaylee Lawson to make it 3-0 at half-time.

 

In the second half, Emily Feder and Athena Shafer each scored a goal to extend the lead.

 

The Hornets (2-0) host Duggan Academy on Wednesday.
