“It was a tight game for most of the first half with Smith Vocational defending well, and Drury struggled to convert chances,” Drury coach Maria Bartini said. “Scoring opened at the very end of the first half.”
Elli Miles had a hat trick and set up a pair of goals. Saunders added another goal, and Samantha Kogut had a goal and three assists. Hailey Kingsley and Hannah LaCasse each added a goal in the win.
Brooke Bishop stopped four shots to earn the shutout in goal.
Third-seeded Drury travels to second-seeded Mount Greylock Wednesday night in the semi-finals.
