The Blue Devils (1-8) struck first with 10 minutes left in the second half when Jill Tietgens set up Celene Koperek.
"We came out strong and hard the first half," Drury coach Maryjane Rumbolt said. "The girls moved the ball around, which allowed Celene to score."
Mount Anthony's Kera Goodell tied the game early in the second half. And Kara Sampsell added an insurance goal with 6:19 remaining for the Patriots.
Heather Morris made six saves for Drury, which hosts Wahconah on Friday afternoon.
