Pittsfield Boys Rally for Tie on Road

WESTFIELD, Mass. -- Jackson Rich scored early in the second half to give the Pittsfield boys soccer team a 1-1 tie at Westfild on Thursday.

 

The Bombers took a 1-0 lead into half-time after Matt Butera converted a penalty kick in the 15th minute.

 

In the 45th minute, Sam Heiscke sent a diagonal ball into the box over the top, and Rich headed it past the keeper to knot the score.

 

Pittsfield (10-3-4) finishes the regular season on Saturday at noon against Taconic at Kirvin Park.
