St. Joe Boys Blank Hampden Charter

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- The St. Joe's boys soccer team defeated Hampden Charter, 4-0, Monday afternoon at Clapp Park.

 

The Crusaders opened the scoring in the first minute with a goal from Jose Mejia, assisted by Mike Peplowski.

 

Peplowski advanced St. Jose's lead to 2-0 before half-time.

 

He added one more in the second half off a pass from Thien Nguyen to put them ahead 3-0.

 

Mejia had their final goal to give them the 4-0 victory.

 

St. Joe (8-1-4) hosts Sabis at Berkshire Community College Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m.
