Westield Boys Edge Mount Greylock

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Vitaliy Samoylenko scored with a header off a corner kick in the 27th minute Tuesday to lift the Westfield boys soccer team to a 1-0 win over Mount Greylock.

 

Aiden Oostveen needed to make four saves to earn the shutout win in goal.

 

Eamon Heatherington stopped eight shots for Mount Greylock.

 

The Mounties (0-3) go to Monument Mountain on Friday.
