Mount Greylock Blanks Ware in Quarter-Finals

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Kofi Roberts scored in the 50th minute to open the floodgates for the Mount Greylock boys soccer team, which went on to a 4-0 win over Ware in the quarter-finals of the Western Massachusetts Class C Tournament on Saturday.
 
Simon Shin, Everett Crowe and Everett Bayliss each scored to put the game away.
 
Ward Bianchi made two saves for Mount Greylock (6-10), which moves on to face either Smith Vocational or McCann Tech in the semi-finals.
 
The Hornets and Vikings play on Monday afternoon in North Adams.
