AGAWAM, Mass. – Lucas Ritson scored a pair of goals Wednesday to lead the Agawam boys soccer team to a 4-0 win over Mount Greylock.

The hosts took the season series from the Mounites by scores of 1-0 and 4-0 with Ritson accounting for two goals and two assists in those games.

Mount Greylock, which has been dealing with injuries, lost for the third time in four games with all the losses coming in the Churchill Division.

“Playing without Kofi Roberts, our leading scorer and number 9, for the past few games, we've been forced to discover many different dimensions to our offense,” Mount Greylock coach Erin Sullivan said. “Unfortunately, that hasn't necessarily resulted in goals but the high quality chances we're creating are compounding and will pay dividends in the games ahead. In the end, we have to test opposing goalkeepers much earlier and more frequently and grind out goals, punching chances through to the back of the net."

The Mounties (4-6, 2-5 Churchill) are home against Pittsfield on Monday.
