McDermott Lifts Mounties in Western Mass Quarters

“Quinn scored on a beautiful left-footed, one-time volley from the top of the 18,” Mount Greylock coach Blair Dils said. “He’s really confident as a scorer right now.”
Dils credited Josh Rudin and Eamon Hetherington with helping to shut down Easthampton’s attack, which scored 11 goals in its last two games.
Dan Warren made all three saves he needed to make to earn the shutout in goal.
Mount Greylock (6-5-5) goes to Springfield to play Springfield International Charter on Sunday at 1 p.m.
