Taconic Pulls Away from Hoosac Valley in Second Half

CHESHIRE, Mass. – Jeremiah Cudjoe scored a pair of goals Tuesday to lead the Taconic boys soccer team to a 5-2 win over Hoosac Valley.
 
The Thunder went into half-time tied, 2-2, but scored three unanswered goals to finish the regular season with a record of 9-7-1.
 
Mario Bonilla and Frederick Yankey each had a goal and an assist, and Samuel Latorre scored a goal for Taconic. Thomas Lopez and Ronan McDonald each had an assist in the win.
 
“Great win after a very slow start,” Taconic coach Jason Keller said. “It was nice to end the regular season on a six-game winning streak.”
