Bailey Leads McCann Tech Boys to 3-2 Win

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. -- Matt Bailey scored two goals Tuesday to lead the McCann Tech boys soccer team to a 3-2 win over Smith Vocational.

 

Nick LaForest had a pair of assists, and Omar Uqdah scored to give the Hornets a 3-1 lead early in the second half.

 

“This was a very big win for us and was well deserved after playing three games in three days,” McCann Tech coach John Bresett said. “We finally put everything together and worked hard and the result payed off.”

 

McCann Tech (3-12-1) gets two days off before going to Commerce on Thursday.
