Putnam Boys Soccer Comes Back to Top McCann Tech

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. --- The Putnam boys soccer team scored twice in the second half to erase a one-goal McCann Tech lead and earn a 2-1 win on Friday.

 

“We fought hard today and, unfortunately, were unable to hold onto the lead,” McCann Tech coach John Bresett said. “It was a game where both goalkeepers made some great saves.”

 

The Hornets (2-10-1) go to Westfield State on Sunday evening to play Westfield Tech.
