McCann Tech Boys Soccer Falls in Season Opener
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Cam Belmer scored six goals Thursday to lead the Pioneer Valley Christian boys soccer team to a 6-1 win over McCann Tech in the Hornets’ season opener.
“The team still has many things to work on with being young,” McCann Tech coach John Bresett said. “We can only go forward.
“This was our first game, our first test, and we look forward to playing Hoosac Valley tomorrow.”
Connor Griswold scored McCann Tech’s first goal of the season on an assist from Evan McAllister in the 45th minute.
Andrew Levesque made 15 stops in the Hornets’ goal.
