Favre Goal Salvages Tie for McCann Tech Boys

NORTHFIELD, Mass. -- Josh Favre scored in the 76th minute Thursday to give the McCann Tech boys soccer team a 1-1 tie at Franklin Tech.

 

Franklin Tech scored on an own goal in the 58th minute, but Favre was able to erase the deficit and help the Hornets go to 7-3-3 this fall.

 

Devon Griswold made five saves for McCann Tech, which had an 11-5 advantage in shots on goal.

 

McCann Tech hosts Putnam on Monday.
