Smith Voc Boys Down McCann Tech

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. -- McCann Tech starting goalkeeper Nico Moreno was hurt making his first save of the game, and Smith Vocational went on to score five times after that to hand the Hornets a 5-1 defeat on Tuesday afternoon.

 

Devon Griswold stepped into the goal and made seven saves for McCann Tech, which outshot the Vikings by a margin of 22-13.

 

Josh Favre scored an unassisted goal for the Hornets.

 

McCann (4-6-2) travels to face Pioneer on Saturday.
