Mount Everett Boys Top McCann

SHEFFIELD, Mass. -- Bradley Lupiani scored to break a 1-1 tie and give Mount Everett's boys soccer team a 2-1 win over McCann Tech on Wednesday afternoon.

 

Shane Fuller converted an assist from Damon Couture in the eighth minute to give the Hornets the early lead.

 

But Malik Wilbon answered for the Eagles moments later.

 

The score stayed tied until the 62nd minute, when Lupiani was able to get one by Chris Gajda (10 saves).

 

McCann (12-5-1) is back on the road on Thursday for a neutral site game in Marlboro against Blue Hills in the State Vocational tournament.
