NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Shane Fuller had a hat trick to lead the McCann Tech boys soccer team to a 9-0 win over Franklin Tech on Monday afternoon.

Six different Hornets had a goal apiece, and Damon Couture had a goal and two assists as McCann improved to 4-0 this season.

"Franklin Tech played tough for the first 14 minutes," McCann coach Tom Bona said. "We started to work the ball to the outside and after we scored our first goal the middle opened up.

"We were able to wear Franklin Tech down by using all our subs.  Our younger players got a lot of playing time in the first and second halves."

Steven Lemire, Jon Leal, Evan Lemire, Jordan Sartori and Josh Budaj accounted for the other McCann goals.

Three different goalkeepers saw time in the McCann net. Evan Canales, Ryan Parada and Chris Gajda each were credited with a save.

The Hornets have outscored their first four opponents, 23-1.

The will look for win No. 5 on Thursday when St. Joseph visits for a non-league game.
