NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- The Drury boys soccer team, playing its sixth game in 10 days, improved to 5-0-1 on Friday with a wild, 6-4 win over Sci-Tech.

Jonah Miles scored twice and set up a third goal, and Jon Boland scored a pair for the Blue Devils, who took a pair of three-goal leads in the second half.

In the 43rd minute, Miles set up Reece Racette to make it 5-2. Then, after Sci-Tech got back within two goals, Connor Clark assisted on Max Daugherty’s goal to push the margin to 6-3.

But Sci-Tech answered with Anthony Hansen’s second goal of the day with 10 minutes left, and Brian Christian (seven saves) made a big stop in the closing moments to preserve the two-goal lead.

Drury gets to enjoy a couple of well earned days off before traveling to face Mohawk on Wednesday.
