NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Jorge Bond had a hat trick on Thursday to lead the Drury boys soccer team to a 4-1 win over Renaissance.

Bond started the scoring with an assist from Matt Howland 10 minutes into the game, and then Bond assisted on Paul George’s goal to give the Blue Devils a 2-0 lead at half-time.

“Jorge did a great job finishing today, and eighth-grader Paul George scored his first varsity goal for us and we got a much needed win today for our second win of the week,” Drury coach John Jacobbe said.

Noah Arnold and Logan Rogers each assisted on a Bond goal in the second half.

Colin Daley stopped three shots to earn the win in goal.

Drury (4-5-2) goes to Taconic on Wednesday.
