Wahconah Gets Back On Track
DALTON, Mass — Wahconah got back on track after back-to-back losses with a 36-12 home victory over Monument Mountain on Friday night. The Warriors (4-1 Berkshire County, 4-1 overall) got their rushing game back in gear as Ethan Wells rushed for 130 yards and three touchdowns.Wells played well on both sides of the ball, picking up a fumble in the first quarter and returning it to the one-yard line to set his team up for an easy score to put them out front early.
Quarterback Lane Grogan had a bounce-back performance for the Warriors as well, scoring two touchdowns on the ground.
Wahconah hosts Lee next Friday night at home, 7 p.m. kickoff.
