Mucci Leads Hurricanes in Senior Day Win

CHESHIRE, Mass. – Hoosac Valley senior Griffin Mucci rushed for 139 yards and three touchdowns Saturday to lead the Hurricanes to a 44-0 win over Easthampton on Senior Day.

 

Noah Rehill 16 carries for 79 yards and accounted for four 2-point conversions in the victory.

 

Kamarion Kastner threw for 131 yards and two touchdowns – a 79-yarder to Qwanell Bradley and a 47-yarder to senior Joe Campbell.

 

Campbell also had an interception on the defensive side of the ball

 

Bradley and Jacob Borawski led the Hurricanes’ defense with eight tackles apiece. Senior Isaac Campbell had seven stops.

 

Hoosac Valley (6-2) waits for Sunday’s announcement of the Division 8 State Tournament bracket.
