McNeice Named Berkshire County Football MVP
The Taconic and Wahconah football teams were a cut above this fall, and on Sunday, they shared the honor of placing the most players on the all-Berkshire County Football Team.
Each team had nine selections on the team, selected by the county's coaches.
Taconic's quarterback and linebacker Jake McNeice was named the overall most valuable player, while Wahconah QB Will Genaway was named the offensive MVP.
Wahconah lineman Kyle Noyes was named the defensive MVP.
Mount Greylock and Hoosac Valley each had four players named to the squad, while Lee placed two players on the list.
