Gayle Gillooly, 79

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  Gayle Frances (Siciliano) Gillooly, 79 of North Adams, MA died Wednesday October 9, 2024 at Berkshire Medical Center, North Adams.

She was born in North Adams, MA on September 16, 1945, a daughter of Arthur G. Siciliano and Mary Eileen (Pringle) Siciliano. She graduated from Mt Greylock Regional High School with the class of 1963 and attended North Adams State College.

Gayle was the proprietor of the Union Station Restaurant in North Adams for several years. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church.

She was the widow of Neil “Matt” Gillooly. Survivors include three daughters, Toni Clifford of Williamstown; Jessica Dubie of North Adams and Maria Clifford of North Adams. She also leaves nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Field of North Adams; Teresa Siciliano of Sarasota, FL and Patricia Siciliano of North Adams and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Mickey Siciliano who died in 1968.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Gayle Gillooly will be celebrated Wednesday October 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview cemetery. Calling hours at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA are Wednesday morning from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
