I was so sorry to read about Dale. She and Lee were always so nice to me when I was a kid and Mom and I went to their beauty shop for hair cuts. My Dad was best friends with their brother, Johnny, and all of them were super lovely people. I have such fond memories of the Cilli/Foote family. My heart goes out to all who will miss Dale dearly.

I am so sorry I am just finding out that both Lee and Dale have passed. I used to see them at Big Y - Sweet and Sassy and usually together. Like many others, I have happy I have happy memories of pixie cuts and neighborhood news and also going behind the kitchen door for Italian food! We grew up skiing with the Foote kids. My heart goes out to them.

Have wonderful memories of the "beauty shop" where my mother got her hair done once a week for many many years and I used to tag along because it was a fun place to go. Dale and Lee always had the best goodies. The best times were the summer that you got the pool. Dale would always invite my family up to swim and spend the day. It was so much fun. Miss those days on Walnut Street and all the fantastic neighbors and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

This news breaks my heart. Mrs. Foote was the best neighbor and the sweetest lady. She adored our two children and always keep the freezer stocked for a tasty treat on hot days. She has been missed since she left the house neighborhood. I hope she is resting peacefully. Thinking of the family during this difficult time. xo
