James G. Kennedy, 55

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. —  James Gerard Kennedy, 55 of North Adams, MA died on Monday January 2, 2023 at his home.

He was born in Pittsfield, MA on September 3, 1967, a son of Brian Alan Kennedy and the late Theresa Irene (St. Hilaire) Kennedy. He graduated from Drury High School and attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.

James was employed by Stop & Shop Supermarket in Pittsfield and North Adams for over 30 years. He enjoyed reading.

Survivors include his father and stepmother- Brian A. and Gloria Kennedy of North Adams, MA and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A graveside service for James Kennedy will be held on Wednesday January 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Southview cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association in care of FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, MA 01247.
