To all her wonderful family, our hearts go out to you...Ms. Couture was one of the kindest souls despite her no- nonsense demeanor...she helped mentor a fledgling teacher who held her in the highest regard, and for that I will be ever grateful...she was one of the finest and we are so fortunate to have known her. May she and each of you have peace in this challenging time. ?

I just adored Ms. Couture! I’m so very sorry for your loss. She is part of the reason I became a teacher! Her patience with my struggles, her willingness to help after hours, and her kindness were a beacon. I hope to leave my students with the very same emotions I feel when I think of her. She was a lovely person and gave so much.
Rest In Peace ?

Regina, Joan, Ian, & family, So sorry to hear of Barb’s passing. Besides working in the school district with her, I worked at the SJP Charity Center with her for 10 years. They don’t make them like Barb anymore. She always made the best cookies for us. All of us would race to the kitchen to get one (or 2) before they were gone. She always went home with an empty plate. If you grew up going through the Adams school system, you can probably thank Barb for any math you learned.

Barb was one of my favorite teachers in middle school. She always had a smile on her face. Even years after I graduated I would see her out and about with the same smile on her face. She certainly had a passion for teaching and loved her students. She was loved back just as much! My condolences to her family. She will be dearly missed.
