Deborah A. Kogut, 62

ADAMS, Mass. —  Deborah Ann (Wojtusiak) Kogut, 62, of Adams, died Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield. She was born in Adams on May 17, 1959, a daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Strzepek) Wojtusiak. She attended Adams schools and graduated from Hoosac Valley High School with the Class of 1977. Deb worked for many years in the accounting department of BCARC in Pittsfield. She was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Adams. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, arts and crafts and was an avid New York Yankees and Miami Dolphins fan. She loved animals, enjoyed horseback riding and attending horse shows with her horse “Cindy”. She is survived by her sons, Devin Kogut and Derek Kogut, both of Adams; her sister, Joyce Grabicki and her husband, Richard, of Adams; her former husband, Michael Kogut of the State of Florida, as well as several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 14th, at 11:00 AM in the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St. Adams. A calling hour will be held on Monday from 10:00 AM until the service, at the funeral home. Wearing of face masks will be required in the funeral home. Burial will be held in the spring. So sorry to hear of Debbie's passing. She was a great person. We used to go all over the place for years to hear bands playing weekend after weekend nonstop, had a great time, so many laughs......so many laughs. She will be missed.
