Dot, I lost a dear friend with Joe's passing. We enjoyed working with one another on projects for the Commonwealth. Joe was an upbeat and positive person. May you rest peacefully in the gentle arms of our loving and understanding Lord ! I will miss you. However, your presence will not be far from me. Rest in peace my friend.
