Gina Pare, 62
NORTH ADAMS, Mass. — Gina Pare (Brayman) It is with heavy hearts the family of Gina Pare shares that she was called home to be with Jesus on December 16, 2021 after a brief illness. Gina was born to Richard and Sylvia Brayman (Burdick) on January 20th, 1959 at North Adams Hospital.
Gina attended Drury School, obtaining her GED later in life. She previously worked at the Manice Education Center as a cook for inner city children. She ran the kitchen as if it was her own home, putting her love, heart, and soul into her meals for the kids. Gina then worked at the North Adams Friendly's, initiating many flap jack fights among her fellow family members that worked alongside her. Gina also worked at Sweetbrook as a CNA, followed by Sweetwood as a receptionist. She then proceeded to work as a one-on-one paraprofessional and as a substitute for North Adams Public Schools and for Monument Square. The job she loved most was fostering many children, giving them a loving, safe, and supportive home. She cared for each and every one of her babies as if they were her own.
Gina was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of North Adams. Anyone who knew Gina knew how much she loved kids and fulfilled this to its fullest as her purpose in this life.
Alongside her mother, Gina leaves her daughters Angela Tower of West Springfield and Krista Tower of North Adams of whom she shared her caring home with. In addition she leaves behind her brothers Robert Brayman of Readsboro, VT, Michael Brayman of Readsboro, VT, and sister Kathy Rowett and husband David of North Adams, MA. Gina also leaves behind her grandchildren Nathanael and Emma Lilly, and Ariana Maylott, all of whom she adored with every piece of her heart. Gina also leaves behind the many foster children she touched the lives of throughout her life that were all family to her. Gina was predeceased by her father and one brother, Richard Brayman. There aren't enough words to express just how special Gina was and always will be. There will forever be a void no one can replace. She brought light to every room she entered with her gracious smile. She had an infectious laugh that brought comfort to anyone blessed to hear it. She was a mother to all. Gina will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Her family would like to thank the Southwestern Vermont Hospital caregivers that went above and beyond to take care of Gina and her family.
