My deepest sympathy to the Phillips family. I grew up on River Street and went to Johnson School with Bobby's brother David. On occasion I would play ball and hang around with the Phillips brothers and the Todds, Brooks family. Great people and great times were spent on River Street with these famillies. God Bless.
