TOWN OF LANESBOROUGH

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Lanesborough Zoning Bylaw that a public hearing for site plan review will be held by the Lanesborough Planning Board on Monday, September 16 at 6:00 PM at Lanesborough Newton Memorial Town Hall on North Main Street.

The Board will review the following application:

Williamstown Road: Lakefront Condominium Complex, LLC is proposing conversion of the site at 0 Williamstown Road into 18 self storage units with small storage yards work occurring on Assessor's Parcel 101-1.1.

All persons wishing an opportunity to be heard on the applications will be provided an opportunity to speak at the public hearing. Copies of the amendments may be viewed at the Town Hall either in the office of the Town Clerk or on-line at www.lanesborough-ma.gov
