New Physician At Berkshire Occupational Health

Dr. Jean M. Culver

Pittsfield - Berkshire Health Systems announces the appointment of Jean M. Culver, M.D., M.P.H. to the physician staff of Berkshire Occupational Health. Dr. Culver joins Kenneth Stein, M.D. and Damir Mazlagic, M.D., M.P.H. in providing occupational health services to businesses and municipalities throughout Berkshire County and the surrounding region.

Culver is Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York and has a Master’s of Public Health from Emory University in Atlanta.

She completed her residency training in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Emory University and her internship at Highland Hospital in Rochester, New York.

Culver served in the United States Air Force Medical Corps, attaining the rank of Captain and served at Plattsburgh Air Force Base in New York as Flight Surgeon and Chief of Aeromedical Services from 1988 to 1991.
