Pittsfield- Audrey Sussman, local baker, chef and adjunct culinary arts faculty at Berkshire Community College, will teach the following cooking and baking workshops in Sheffield. The workshops are offered through BCC’s South County Center.
“Classic Brunch†(WKS 441) teaches students how to make a super easy brunch. This one meeting class meets Wednesday evening, Feb. 28, from 6 to 9.
“Fabulous Hors D’Oeuvres†(WKS 442) provides a great recipe collection that can be used over and over again. Class meets Wednesday evening, March 7, from 6 to 9.
“Foolproof Pies†(WKS 618) shows students how to create top notch pies. This one meeting workshop meets Wednesday, March 28, from 6 to 9.
