Pittsfield - A Pittsfield man pleaded not guilty to one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 during a Nov. 8 arraignment at the Berkshire Superior Court.

Richard P. Carusotto, 31, whose last known address is 103 Appleton Ave. was released on personal recognizance by Judge John Agostini. Agostini ordered that Carusotto have no contact with the alleged victim. The charge came after a police investigation into incidents alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between Jan. 1, 1999 and Dec. 31, 2000.

Felicia Moody, 18, of 25 South John St., pleaded not guilty to one charge of trafficking in cocaine during a Nov. 8 Berkshire Superior Court arraignment. Agostini released Moody on personal recognizance. Moody was charged after a Sept. 6 traffic stop initiated by Pittsfield police officers.
