Cases heard before judge John Agostini on Monday, September 8.
Brian Foley, 33, of Williamstown had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of operating under the influence of alcohol - his fourth offense - negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender.
He was ordered to to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle accident in North Adams on August 1, 2014.

Erick Ruiz-Trujillo, 32, of Pittsfield was found guilty on a single count of rape of a child with force.
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail pending sentencing. He was found guilty of sexually assaulting a girl, who is now age 8, in Pittsfield between November 3, 2012 and November 4, 2012.
Cases heard before judge John Agostini on Wednesday, September 10.
James Bannister, 42, of Becket pleaded guilty to five counts of dissemination of visual material of a child in a state of nudity, and 19 counts of knowingly possessing visual material of a child depicted in sexual conduct.
He was ordered to serve one year of a two year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the knowingly possession visual material charges. He was placed on three-years probation n the dissemination of visual material of a child charges.
Bannister possessed and disseminated child pornography between December 23, 2010 and March 23, 2011.
Foley was sentenced to two and a half to three years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the operating under the influence of alcohol charge. He was given concurrent time at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the others.
Ruiz-Trujullo was sentenced to serve eight to 12 years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on a single count of rape of a child.
Dennis Richards, 54, pleaded guilty to three counts of knowingly possessing visual material of a child depicted in sexual conduct.
He was placed on three years probation. Richards possessed child pornography on April 10, 2013.

Lemarr Talley, 31, of Springfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of trafficking in cocaine and possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
He was released on $12,000 bail. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant in Pittsfield on July 29, 2014.
