Superior Court Briefs: March 20 - March 22

Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Wednesday, March 20.

Matthew King, 31, of Adams pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

He was sentenced to 18 months at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the possession charge and placed on one year probation on the conspiracy charge.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 17 Spring Street in Adams on March 13, 2012.
 
Jessica Marino, 25, of Adams pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

She was sentenced to 36 days at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the possession charge. The conspiracy charge was continued without a finding for six months.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 27 Spring Street in Adams on March 13, 2012.

Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Friday, March 22.

Kevin Reale, 20, of Pittsfield had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on a single count of possession of heroin with intent to distribute.

He was released on personal recognizance. The charge stems from an incident in Pittsfield on Feb. 12.
