Superior Court Briefs: July 10 - July 14
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Friday, July 10.
Stansbury Johnson, 34, of Pittsfield pled guilty to a single count of distribution of cocaine. He was ordered to serve 18 months of a two and a half year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction. He will also be placed on one year of probation.
Johnson sold cocaine in Pittsfield on June 17, 2014.

Shaun Silverio, 25, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to two counts of armed assault with intent to kill, and single counts of illegal possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.
He was ordered to serve concurrent 18-month sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the illegal possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition charges. He was given concurrent three-month sentences on the discharging a firearm charge. And he was placed on three-years probation on the armed assault with intent to kill charge.
He will begin serving his sentence on July 31, 2015. The charges stem from a incident in Pittsfield on December 5, 2013. Silverio fired several shots at two men on Madison Avenue. A single count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of ammunition without a firearm identification care were dismissed by the state.
Terry Martizna Jr., 25, of Lanesborough pleaded guilty to two counts of armed assault with intent to kill, and single counts of illegal possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, and possession of oxycodone.
He was ordered to serve concurrent 18-month sentences on the illegal possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition charges. He was given concurrent three-month sentences on the discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and the possession of oxycodone charge. He was placed on three years of probation on the armed assault with intent to kill charges.

Jerry Colon Jr., 27, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on four counts of conspiracy to violate drug laws, three counts of distribution of cocaine, and single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine.
He was released on $750 bail. The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield between May 12, 2015 and May 21, 2015.
