Pittsfield Police Arrest Two Men In Connection With Shooting

PITTSFIELD, Mass. — Police arrested two men in connection with a shooting in the Columbus and Daniels Avenue area Monday night.
According to Police, Jamar Holloway, 20, of Dalton Avenue and Jerrel Hall, 21, of Circular are both charged with possession of firearms without firearm identification cards, improper storage of firearms and possession of ammunition without FID cards. Holloway also faces an additional charge of possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number and Hall is being being charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Police say no one was injured in the shooting and officers recovered a .357 revolver, a .25 pistol and cocaine.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired at 9:15 p.m. and acting on information from witnesses arrested the two men. Hall was located behind the Renton Project and Holloway was located near the railroad bridge on West Street.
