Award-winning photojournalist and filmmaker, Andre Lambertson, will talk a bit about his work around the world as a photojournalist and then screen the inspiring, music-filled “The Whole Gritty City,” a unique window into the world of New Orleans school marching bands. The screening will be followed by a discussion with the filmmaker.

Join Bennington County Coalition for the Homeless, Sunrise Family Resource Center, Turning Point Recovery Center of Bennington, and United Counseling Service for a screening of Vermont filmmaker Bess O’Brien’s film, Just Getting By, followed by a Q & A discussion with Bess O’Brien. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 5 at Bennington Theater. Doors will open at 6pm for light refreshments and the screening starts at 7pm. Attendees will be able to enter for a chance to win one of four $100 Walmart gift cards.
