Jean Breda Noyes of Port Richey, Florida and William P. Noyes of Topsham, Maine have announced the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Lynn Noyes, to Thomas Edward Larsen, son of the late Elaine Larsen, Tom Larsen Sr. and Connie Larsen of Melville, New York. Chelsea is the granddaughter of Genesio A. Breda and the late Dorothy Genesi Breda of North Adams. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Morse High School, Bath, Maine, Class of 2001, and received a B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. She is a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Prime Visibility on Long Island. The prospective groom is a graduate of Half Hollow Hills High School East, Dix Hills, New York, Class of 2001, and received a B.S. in Business from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, Brookville, New York. He is a Managing Partner at Striker Sheet Metal on Long Island. Thomas proposed to Chelsea on April 6, 2015 on the Brooklyn Bridge where they first met. A spring wedding is planned for May 6, 2016 at The Royalton Mansion at the Roslyn Country Club, Roslyn Heights, New York.
