Patrick proposed to Katie on Saint Patrick's Day 2010. She came home from work and they took their two dogs for their daily walk down to the Deerfield River(where Patrick and Katie first met.) As Katie was sitting in a chair overlooking the water, Patrick got down on one knee and asked for her to marry him!
